are you able to offer flexible start and finish dates throughout the year?

We offer contracts starting March/April/May/June through to September/ October. Please state your availability dates on your application form, and we will discuss this further at interview.

what training and support can i expect?

All siblu selection team members attend a training course prior to commencing employment. The training course is designed to help you understand your duties and role for your season ahead; this is coordinated by our experienced overseas team. If you encounter any problems or emergencies whilst based overseas, each parc has an Area Manager contactable by phone or alternatively you can contact the UK HR team.

what sort of accommodation would i be living in?

Siblu will provide you with accommodation on the parc you are working, this could either be a mobile home or a fully equipped tent and it is likely you will share with one other person, this is dependent on parc and position.

will i be provided with a uniform?

You will be provided with a free uniform appropriate to your position on arrival at parc.

do i need to have a uk ni number and uk bank account?

Yes, this is a requirement if applying for a position on a siblu selection parc. Your wages are paid fortnightly into your nominated UK bank account. You will have a UK contract of employment.

how would i travel to parc?

We can arrange and pay for your outward travel by either Eurolines coach or ferry, or if you prefer you can book your own flight and we will reimburse up to a set level.

would i be entitled to a discount on a holiday?

Yes, whilst you are employed with us, your family will be entitled to a 15% discount.

do i need to get medical insurance?

The Company have an insurance policy in place for all team members to cover hospital/emergency medical care. However for minor medical costs e.g doctor, dentists or pharmacy prescriptions you need to apply for a European Health Insurance Card (free of charge from your local Post Office or online at (www.ehic.org.uk) which allows you treatment at a reduced cost.

will i be working in a uk team?

Yes, our siblu selection parcs are run by UK teams of 2-8 people depending on the number of mobile homes we have on parc.
