All our parcs have different characteristics and suit different requirements, and some are particularly suited to families with tots.

domaine de kerlann

This parc is an easy drive (between 2 and 3 hours) from ferry ports such as St Malo, Le Harve, Cherbourg and Caen. It is well situated in beautiful countryside away from main roads, with no steep terraces or water hazards, and with plenty of grass and shade. There are many play areas and the main entertainment facilities are easily located at the centre of the parc, including a Bubbles Club (open all season).

Domaine de Kerlann has a toddler pool inside, a unique splash zone outside, qualified lifeguards on duty at all times, buggies, baby packs, linen and TV/DVD players for hire 

The beaches near the parc are a short drive away and tend to be beautiful little coves with calm water and low waves, ideal for the younger ones. Parking is generally easy and free of charge, especially out of the main school holiday period in May, June and September. Our parc team members can recommend the best places to visit.

domaine de litteau

Just a hop across the channel to Caen, this beautiful parc is a just a short drive away from the ferry port, near the town of Bayeux and close to the coast.

The parc is quiet and relaxing, with plenty of open space for your little ones to burn off some energy without the danger of too much traffic around.  There is a heated covered toddler pool (open from August 2008), a Bubbles Club during July and August and the holiday home emplacements are larger than the average.

le bois dormant/masson & les charmettes

A little further afield (within 3 – 5 hours easy driving) are three more parcs ideally suited to tots. Le Bois Dormant and Le Bois Masson are very near a wide expanse of sandy beach at St Jean de Monts. Les Charmettes is a short 10 minute drive from La Palymre, a beach resort with sheltered beaches and coves making it ideal for families. Being a little further south the temperatures rise a couple of degrees from Brittany.

Le Bois Masson/Dormant and Les Charmettes have the added advantage of a lifeguarded indoor pool, dedicated rooms for the Bubbles Club (open all season), toddler friendly bars and restaurants with high chairs and food warming facilities. You can also hire buggies, baby packs and bedlinen.

la réserve & l’hippocampe

If you are looking to fly-drive, then try La Réserve which is approximately one hours drive from Bordeaux, or L’Hippocampe, on the border of France and Spain, near Perpignan airport. Both these parcs are particularly suited to the younger ones, being quiet with good facilities.

La Réserve again has an indoor pool with a tots splash area, lifeguards, Bubbles Club (open all season), buggies, baby packs, linen and TV/DVD players for hire. La Reserve even has it's own on parc beach, meaning that you won't have a long trek back to your accomodation after a busy day building sand castles.
